COVID-19 has claimed 12 more lives, raising the state’s death toll to 6,355, as of Friday.
An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 2,653 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID, bringing the case total to 674,500.
OHA said the total number of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 across Oregon is 947, which is 60 fewer than on Thursday. There are 153 COVID-19 patients in intensive care unit beds, which is 19 fewer than on Thursday.
The new cases include:
*310 each in Multnomah and Washington counties
*266 in Lane County
*226 in Clackamas County
*207 in Marion County
