COVID-19 CLAIMS 22 MORE LIVES, STATE DEATH TOLL AT 6,334, AS OF THURSDAY

COVID-19 has claimed 22 more lives, raising the state’s death toll to 6,334, as of Thursday.

An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 3,176 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19, bringing the case total to 671,923.

OHA said the total number of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 across Oregon is 1,007, which is 35 fewer than on Wednesday. There are 172 COVID-19 patients in intensive care unit beds, which is 4 fewer than on Wednesday.

The new cases include:

*432 in Multnomah County

*419 in Washington County

*299 in Marion County

*270 in Lane County
