COVID-19 CLAIMS 57 MORE LIVES, STATE DEATH TOLL AT 6,332, AS OF WEDNESDAY

COVID-19 has claimed 57 more lives, raising the state’s death toll to 6,322, as of Wednesday.

An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 3,309 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19, bringing the case total to 668,783.

OHA said the total number of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 across Oregon is 1,042, which 13 fewer than on Tuesday. There are 168 COVID-19 patients in intensive care unit beds, which is 22 fewer than on Tuesday.

The new cases include:

*397 in Multnomah County

*383 in Lane County

*372 in Washington County

*316 in Marion County
