Roseburg Police cited a woman, following an alleged disturbance on Tuesday.

An RPD report said just before 9:30 a.m. the suspect allegedly shoved the victim after she confronted him for scaring her step-daughter. The victim dropped his phone when he was shoved, and it broke when it hit the ground.

The 39-year old was cited for harassment and second-degree criminal mischief and then was released.
