The third biennial Southern Oregon Trade Careers Expo will take place on Tuesday at Seven Feathers Convention Center in Canyonville.

From 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. juniors and seniors from schools in Douglas and other counties in the region will rotate through about 9 acres of exhibitor activities both outside and inside.

Starting at 1:15 p.m. job seeking veterans, military personnel and their spouses along with referrals from public and private agencies will attend to find out about employment opportunities or to consider career changes. The event is not open to the public, only to job seekers who have been invited.

Masks, gloves and hand sanitizer will be available for those attending.
