A Sutherlin woman was cited twice for incidents in downtown Roseburg on Thursday.

The Roseburg Police report said just after 1:00 p.m. the 63-year old was reported to be running around the downtown area with no pants on. She was located in Eagles Park in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson, next to an open beer can. She denied ownership of the beer, but tried to walk off with it. She was cited for drinking in public and given her second exclusion notice.

Just before 5:00 p.m. officers responded to the 600 block of Southeast Rose. The woman had allegedly broken into a vehicle and stolen a Trump flag. She was cited for third-degree theft and for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.

She was released after each citation was issued.
