The final 2021 Music on the Half Shell takes the stage tonight at Stewart Park, in Roseburg.

Wrapping up the return on the summer concert series this year, will be the Portland Jazz Allstars.

Tom Grant is described as a master instrumentalist, a talented singer, and a natural entertainer who nimbly walks the line between traditional jazz, and modern pop.

Ron Steen is a veteran bandleader, drummer, and one of the Pacific Northwest’s top rhythm-men. Steen’s ability to bring together top musicians, has made him stand out over his decades-long career.

And Dave Captein, an accomplished performer of string bass, and bass guitar, has worked as a professional musician for over 35-years. He’s a Portland native, who has worked with numerous well-known jazz artists.

Together, the Portland Jazz All-stars, will take the stage at 7:00 p.m.
