A Roseburg woman was cited for offensive littering by Roseburg Police on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 9:15 a.m. the 41-year old was contacted at her camp at the south end of the Stewart Parkway bridge. The report said the camp had an extremely large amount of garbage scattered on the ground. She was released after the citation was issued.
