Roseburg Police cited a man for an alleged theft on Wednesday.

An RPD report said security staff at CHI Mercy Medical Center reported that a 45-year old had stolen a wheelchair from the hospital which was valued at approximately $1,100. The man was contacted at 11:40 p.m. and issued the citation.
