The City of Roseburg Parks and Recreation Department has the “Just for Fun” golf program for women on Monday nights this summer.

The program offers women a chance to play golf and make new friends in a casual, relaxed atmosphere at the Stewart Park Golf Course. Participants can play each night, or whichever ones fits their schedules.

Those participating can be placed in a group or can bring a foursome of women who golf together. Players need their own golf clubs and a basic knowledge of the game.

Evening golf will be held every other Monday night through August 16th. No pre-registration is needed. Check in time is 5:20 p.m. with play starting at 5:30 p.m. The fee is $15 per night, which includes a $10 green fee. Cart rentals are available for an extra $5 per player.
