The Roseburg City Council will have a special meeting on Monday night.

Councilors will review a recent Planning Commission decision in favor in allowing the proposed WinCo Foods development on Northwest Stewart Parkway to proceed. City staff said the Safe Streets Roseburg group has appealed the decision so now it is in the hands of the council to review and make a final decision.

The meeting will be conducted via Zoom and can be watched on the City of Roseburg Facebook page. It will begin at 6:00 p.m.
