A Roseburg man was arrested for drug offenses on Wednesday night.

A Roseburg Police report said at 11:00 p.m. 30-year old Kenneth Kottwitz was stopped for traffic violations in the 400 block of Northeast Stephens. During the stop a drug investigation began and the man was allegedly found to be in possession of brass knuckles, packaging material and over 20 grams of heroin.

Kottwitz was charged with unlawful delivery and possession of heroin and for being a felon in possession of a restricted weapon.
