Those who have been vaccinated for COVID-19 at the Roseburg VA Hospital or other federal health care facility must register their vaccination in order to be eligible to win in Oregon’s special lottery.

A VA release said one lucky vaccinated Oregonian will win $1 million, someone from each county will win $10,000 and 5 12 to 17-year old students will win a $100,000 college scholarship. The lottery is for people vaccinated by June 27th.
