A juvenile was cited following an alleged harassment incident on Monday.

A Roseburg Police report said at around 9:00 p.m. the female became upset that a woman would not give her medication, and blocked the victim into a room by leaning against the door. The incident took place in the 200 block of Southeast Jackson.

The report said when the victim tried to leave, the juvenile allegedly kicked her several times. A co-worker helped get the victim out of the room and she was not injured.

The juvenile was cited for harassment and then was released.
