Roseburg Police jailed a man following a trespass incident on Saturday.

The RPD report said at 11:30 p.m. the 64-year old allegedly refused to leave CHI Mercy Medical Center’s Emergency Room. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and for a parole violation.

The suspect was held without bail.
