MAN JAILED FOR DISORDERLY CONDUCT

A Winston man was jailed for second-degree disorderly conduct and for a parole violation following an incident on Thursday.

A report from Roseburg Police said at 8:20 p.m. 24-year old Jason Snyder was reported to be jumping in traffic on Interstate Five near the West Harvard Avenue exit. Police contacted the man who appeared high on methamphetamine. Snyder was taken into custody without incident.

He was held without bail.
