ROSEBURG MAN DIES IN SINGLE VEHICLE WRECK

A Roseburg man died in a single vehicle wreck east of Roseburg on Thursday.

A report from Oregon State Police said at approximately 5:30 p.m. a sedan operated by 47-year old Adam Sherman was westbound on Highway 138E near Susan Creek, when it left the roadway and struck a tree. Sherman sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased.

A juvenile passenger was transported by air ambulance to a hospital.

OSP was assisted by Glide Rural Fire Department, Umpqua Valley Ambulance and the Oregon Department of Transportation.
