Aviva Health’s dedicated COVID-19 vaccination site is now open weekdays.

It is at 4221 Northeast Stephens Street, across the street from the main Aviva Clinic location. Free COVID-19 vaccines are offered by appointment from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for residents age 12 and older.

Parental or guardian consent is required to vaccinate residents ages 12 to 14. Under Oregon law, minors age 15 and older may consent to medical treatment, including vaccinations. A release said Aviva encourages families to make vaccination decisions together.
