Roseburg Police jailed a woman for trespassing and other charges on Saturday.

An RPD report said at 9:00 p.m. officers responded to the 100 block of Southeast Mosher after a caller said a suspicious woman was trespassing on railroad property. Officers contacted 35-year old Megan Parshall who immediately began to run away. She was taken into custody after a short chase.

Parshall was detained for first-degree criminal trespass, resisting arrest, third-degree escape and for a probation violation. She was held without bail.
