Roseburg Police cited a woman following an alleged harassment incident on Sunday.

Information from RPD said at 3:00 a.m. the 20-year old was contacted in the 800 block of Southeast Flint after reportedly punching and scratching a victim in the face, causing two cuts.

She was released after the citation was issued.
