ROSEBURG MAN JAILED IN ALLEGED CRIMINAL MISCHIEF CASE

A Roseburg man was jailed in an alleged criminal mischief case on Wednesday.

Information from Roseburg Police said at 4:20 p.m. the 51-year old was walking down Northeast Fleser and allegedly started a verbal altercation with a woman. The suspect then reportedly damaged the victim’s vehicle by throwing a battery powered light through the rear driver’s side window, which broke the window.

The man was held for two counts of second-degree criminal mischief. He was released from custody on Thursday.
