MAN JAILED FOR ALLEGED CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged criminal mischief on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 5:00 p.m. the 40-year old walked into a business in the 100 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard where he allegedly urinated on the floor and kicked a hole in the wall by the restrooms. The suspect was located later in the evening and his parole officer wanted him detained for the new crimes along with his alcohol use.

Charges included second-degree criminal mischief and for a parole violation. He was detained without bail.
