An Oakland woman was jailed on a charge of fourth-degree assault on Monday.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said a deputy responded to the report of a domestic assault in the 200 block of Pinto Drive just after 9:00 p.m. After conducting interviews, the deputy determined that the 41-year old was the aggressor and had assaulted the victim.

Bail was set at $6,250.
