A Roseburg man was cited after refusing to leave CHI Mercy Medical Center on Monday night.

A report from Roseburg Police said at 6:15 p.m. the 68-year old had been discharged from custody, but was blocking the ambulance entrance. He was arrested then transported back to his hotel where he was cited and released.
