An Oakland man was jailed following a reported DUII incident on Saturday.
A report from Roseburg Police said at 2:00 a.m. 37-year old Justin Phillips was stopped for traffic violations after leaving a business on Diamond Lake Boulevard. The report said Phillips was visibly impaired, and initially provide false information regarding his identify. After being transported to jail, the man revealed his true identity.
Charges include a felony count of DUII, giving false information to a peace officer, for refusing to test for intoxicants and for a parole violation. Phillips was detained without bail.
