A California man was jailed after an alleged disturbance on Sunday.

A report from Roseburg Police said just after 11:00 p.m. 26-year old Zachary Harker returned to a residence in the 3000 block of Normandy, entered through the garage, smashed vehicle windows, forced open an adjoining door and broke the windows in the living room. Harker was charged with first degree counts of burglary and criminal mischief. Bail was set at $300,000 dollars.
