A juvenile was cited following an alleged menacing incident at Phoenix Charter School on Diamond Lake Boulevard, on Monday.

A Roseburg Police report said at about 9:45 a.m. the male allegedly became upset in a class when he was not awarded points while playing a class game. He reportedly threatened three staff members with freshly sharpened pencils, saying he would stab them in the eye.

The 13-year old was cited for three counts of menacing and then released from custody.
