Roseburg Police cited a man following a hospital incident on Monday night.

A report from RPD said at about 10:00 p.m. the 36-year old was contacted at Mercy Medical Center on Stewart Parkway after he refused to leave the property. The report said he was given numerous opportunities but refused.

The suspect was released after being cited.
