A Roseburg woman was charged with first degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief on Saturday.

A report from Roseburg Police said the 47-year old was invited to a residence in the 1600 block of Dogwood after someone saw her sitting at a nearby restaurant and thought she looked hungry. The resident said he thought the woman looked “homeless” and he felt sorry for her.

The report said after the woman was fed, she refused to leave the property. The woman was contacted by officers at around 5:30 p.m. and allegedly kicked a patrol car and poured a can full of soda on the vehicle.

She was detained on $7,500 bail.
