A Roseburg man was jailed for second degree criminal trespass by Roseburg Police early Thursday.
A report from RPD said officers contacted a 41-year old man after he was reported to be scaring customers at the Holiday Inn on West Harvard. The suspect was told to leave and not return or he would be charged. The report said the man left the business for approximately twenty minutes and then returned.
At about 1:30 a.m. he was taken into custody and detained without bail.
