One person was taken to the hospital after a two-vehicle wreck in Roseburg on Wednesday afternoon.
A report from Roseburg Police said just past 3:30 p.m. the accident occurred near the corner of West Harvard and Fair. The report said a 73-year old Springfield man was traveling west in the inside lane of Harvard as he approached the intersection. A 35-year old Roseburg man was stopped at the intersection.
The second driver said he saw two vehicles westbound on Harvard making right turns onto Fair but didn’t see the first vehicle, according to the report. That driver pulled out into the roadway with the intention of turning left onto Harvard. The first vehicle ran directly into the second one. Both vehicles appeared to be totaled.
A passenger in one of the vehicles was transported to Mercy Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries.
