A Roseburg woman was taken to the hospital after an accident in the Lookingglass area on Thursday.
A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said just after 5:00 a.m.an SUV was headed northbound near the intersection of Lookingglass Road and Topaz Lane. The report said the vehicle left the right side of the road and went up the bank. A 30-year old woman had a cut on her leg and was transported to Mercy Medical Center as she required stitches.
A passenger and the driver said the passenger had a seizure which caused them to interfere with the driver’s ability to operate the vehicle, causing the wreck.
