A Roseburg man was cited for first degree theft and for unauthorized entry into a vehicle on Tuesday.
A report from Roseburg Police said on March 31st a man stole a phone from a vehicle in the parking lot of the Douglas County Courthouse. The suspect was later identified through video footage. He was contacted on Tuesday and cited for the offenses, and then was released.
