A Roseburg man was cited after an incident on Mill Street on Wednesday morning.
A report from Roseburg Police said at 11:30 a.m. the 26-year old was contacted after allegedly stealing items from a vehicle parked in that area. The suspect was cited for unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree theft.
He was released after the citations were issued.
