MAN JAILED FOR METH AND TRESPASSING

A transient was jailed for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and for second degree criminal trespass by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday.
A DCSO report said at 12:00 p.m. a woman reported that a man wearing a pink skirt was trespassing on her property in Dillard. The man allegedly started yelling obscenities at the homeowner when she told him to leave. The report said a deputy contacted the man who was seen walking on Highway 99 South. He reportedly had meth in his possession.
43-year old Joseph Alvarado was initially detained on $51,250 bail.
