A Days Creek woman was hurt in a single vehicle wreck on Saturday night.
Information from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said just before 7:15 p.m. a report came in that a vehicle had flipped in the 14,000 block of the Tiller Trail Highway, in the Days Creek area. Deputies responded and contacted the driver, a 27-year old woman, who couldn’t remember what had happened. She was taken to Mercy Medical Center for evaluation and was later transferred to Sacred Heart Medical Center at Riverbend in Springfield for treatment of a neck injury.
A baby that was also in the vehicle appeared to be unhurt.
The report said the cause of the crash is still under investigation.
