FRIDAY FAIR INFORMATION

Friday is the 4th day for this year’s Douglas County Fair.
The 4-H/FFA Rotary Junior Livestock Auction Barbecue begins at 5:00 p.m. in Umpqua Park with the auction starting at 7:00 p.m.
Alternative band Thrice plays at the Cascade Community Credit Union Amphitheater at 7:30 p.m.
Entertainment is offered all day on the News Review/Brooke Communications Garden Park Stage.
Kids age 12 and under get in free all day every day when accompanied by an adult.
The main gate opens each day at 7:00 a.m. as 4-H and FFA activities get underway. The carnival gate will open at 10:00 a.m. with carnival rides and attractions getting started at 11:00 a.m. Commercial buildings open at 11:00 a.m.
Buses to the fair run from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. They leave Roseburg High School, the Douglas County Courthouse and the First Student lot in Green on the hour and the half hour until 5:00 p.m. After 5:00 p.m. they run every 15 minutes. Buses to the fair are free, but those who drive to the fair will pay $8 to park their vehicle.
The fair runs until 11:00 p.m. on Friday. Saturday is the final day for this year’s fair.
