A Roseburg woman was cited for offensive littering and prohibited camping by Roseburg Police on Wednesday.
A report from RPD said at about 1:20 p.m. the 32-year old transient was found camping along the stream within Charles Gardiner Park in the 2500 block of Renann. The report said she had litter scattered around.
The woman was released after being cited.
