Oregon Highway 42 is now open in Winston.
An update from the Oregon Department of Transportation said the highway had been closed for 3 weeks near Douglas High School at the west end of Winston, due to repairs on the Lower Lookingglass Creek Bridge. The update said all the lanes are open for this weekend.
Starting Monday, Oregon 42 motorists can expect intermittent single-lane closures until the project is completed in August. Flaggers will provide traffic control as needed.
