This is the 4^th of July, also known as Independence Day.
That means there are a number of closures. Federal, state, county and city offices are shuttered. No regular mail will be delivered. Utrans buses will not operate. Most government offices will resume a normal schedule on Friday.
Banks and credit unions are closed as are most professional offices.
