Roseburg Police cited a woman for reported animal nuisance on Thursday afternoon.

An RPD report said just after 2:10 p.m. officers responded to a residence in the 1500 block of Northwest Randall Court after a caller said there had been a dog bite. Officers learned that the 29-year-olds dog had gotten loose and bit a neighbor on the leg. The woman was cited accordingly. Both parties received a copy of the dog bite report.
