6 people were cited for prohibited camping in 2 separate incidents on Tuesday in Roseburg.
A report from Roseburg Police said at about 10:00 p.m. 5 people were found sleeping in an RV as well as a camp that was set up along the South Umpqua River at Templin Beach.
Earlier, at 9:00 a.m. a 30-year old man was cited after being found asleep inside a sleeping bag on a bench near the Post Office, near the intersection of Kane and Oak.
