Two people were cited at a park on Monday morning.
A report from Roseburg Police said at about 6:10 a.m. a 48-year old woman and a 28-year old man were found near the intersection of Diamond Lake Boulevard and Fulton. The woman was cited for offensive littering while the man was cited prohibited camping.
Both people were released after the citations were issued.
