A medical issue led to a vehicle accident on Interstate Five on Tuesday afternoon.

A report from Oregon State Police said just before 4:30 p.m. a vehicle was called in as being all over the road on Interstate Five southbound about two miles north of Scotts Valley. It was located after it struck a guardrail. Medical personnel confirmed the medical situation and the driver was taken to a hospital.
