In Douglas County as of 2:45 a.m. Wednesday:

*Measure 10-192: The advisory question concerning the restoration of full services at the Roseburg VA Medical Center passed with 92.5 percent of the vote in favor to only 7.5 percent opposed

*Measure 10-191: Question concerning allowing psilocybin businesses to operate in unincorporated areas of Douglas County is being defeated with 75 percent of voters in opposed and 25 percent in favor

*Questions concerning allowing psilocybin businesses to operate are losing in Roseburg, Canyonville, Drain, Elkton, Glendale, Myrtle Creek, Oakland, Reedsport, Riddle, Sutherlin and Winston.

*Measure 10-199: A five-year operating levy for the North Douglas County Fire and EMS District passed with 73 percent of voters in favor and 27 percent opposed

Many local races in Douglas County were uncontested. In contested races:

*Christine Morgan leads Jake Young in the race for Mayor of Canyonville, 60 percent to 40 percent

*With 3 positions open on the Sutherlin City Council: Debbie Hamilton, Lisa Woods and Tom Boggs are the top voter getters with Gary Dagel in last place

*Winston City Council Ward 1, Position 2: Incumbent Dolores White leads with 57 percent of the vote while Nael Goodwin has 40 percent of the vote

*Incumbent Linda McCollum leads Kevin Noel in the race for Mayor of Reedsport, 63 percent to 36 percent

*Reedsport City Council Position 5, incumbent Rich Patten over John Kollerup 58 percent to 42 percent

*Douglas Soil and Water Conversation District, Director, at Large: Brenda Epp is winning over George Seonbuchner, 54 to 45 percent
