A Glide man was cited for second-degree criminal mischief following an incident on Thursday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 5:00 p.m. the 42-year old suspect was in an argument with a victim. He allegedly took the victim’s phone from her hand and broke it in half. The victim said the phone was valued at $800. An officer found that it was completely inoperable. The suspect was released after the citation was issued.
