A large rental truck rolled at the Canyon Creek summit of Interstate 5 early Tuesday morning.
A report from Oregon State Police said just after 4:00 a.m. the vehicle was northbound in the left lane of travel. The driver said a hatchback in the right lane cut him off and forced him onto the left gravel shoulder. Once there, the driver lost control of the truck. The vehicle traveled several hundred feet in the median before striking the inside of the center guardrail. As the vehicle came to a stop it landed on its top due to the steepness of the bank.
No one was hurt. Staff with the Oregon Department of Transportation responded to assist with traffic control at the accident scene.
