Both drivers were cited following an early morning wreck on Friday.

A Roseburg Police report said at about 4:45 a.m. officers responded to a two-vehicle collision at the corner of Northeast Stephens Street and Northeast Garden Valley Boulevard. An investigation revealed that the driver of a pickup rear ended another pickup while it was stopped for a red light.

The first driver was cited for following too closely and driving uninsured. The driver whose vehicle was hit was cited for no operators license and driving uninsured. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
