On Sunday, the Oregon Office of State Fire Marshal mobilized three structural task forces at the request of California officials at the McKinney Fire.

An OSFM release said the fire is burning near Klamath, California. The task forces are from Marion, Linn and Clackamas County.

OSFM received the request through the Emergency Management Assistance Compact. The three groups are made up of 41 firefighters, 12 engines, and three water tenders.

The task forces will be in California for up to two weeks. They arrived late Sunday afternoon.
