A Roseburg man was cited after an incident in the 2800 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway on Monday.

A Roseburg Police report said at about 7:00 p.m. the 67-year old was called in for walking in the middle of the roadway. He was also found to have a warrant. The suspect was cited for second-degree disorderly conduct and then was released.
